Refund policy
We strive to make every purchasing experience a good one. If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to place a return, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you return an item that does not meet this criteria, a refund may not be issued.
NOTE: If there is an issue with your order (see Damages and Defects below), we would highly recommend contacting us directly first for resolution.
To start a standard return, we recommend contacting us at support@recluserags.com. Please include your order number, full name, and the reason for the return request.
Alternatively, you may choose to automatically initiate a return by navigating to https://account.recluserags.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be eligible for a full refund.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@recluserags.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please include clear, relevant photos of the damaged, defective, or otherwise incorrect product, along with any other details you may have about your order (including your full name and order number), to help us evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain items for sale in our store. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Non-returnable items include:

- Final Sale Items
Exchanges
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every apparel item listed on our store, in the product listing. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@recluserags.com immediately after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Note also that if you no longer have access to the original payment method, then you will need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
